While searching for a portrait that defined the American Mustang I found Thor, a painted stallion from the plains of Wyoming. Spirited and strong he was the perfect horse for such a portrait. I made this image of him at sundown with his long white mane blowing in the wind, the lack of color only adding to the mystery of this proud stallion.
